8 Hanover Quay is mixed use development in the most fast growing district of Dublin: The Dublin Docklands. The leading global companies such as Google, Facebook, Yahoo and others chose this location for their European HQs. New building provides modern office space and high spec apartments.

The six-storey office building finished to the highest standards, featuring LEED Gold V4 accreditation and A3 BER Certification. The building can be split in to two distinct wings (with separate entrances and generous receptions that have clear ceiling heights of 4m throughout), both with their own terraces. Waterfront which has an eye catching design incorporating mesh panels in a waterfall formation.

For this project we supply DGUs up to 1.7х5 m with complex composition including outer and inner panes laminated and heat strengthened, high selective magnetron coating in the laminated glass. Silk-printed pattern on the outer pane was applied for perfect appearance of fully glazed façade.
