Location: London, UK
Area: 13500 sqm.
Architect: Stanton Williams Architects
Designed by world-renowned architectural practice Stanton Williams, 42-storey residential tower at 10 Park Drive is the first structure to be built from a masterplan of Wood Wharf, Canary Wharf’s new district. It includes 3,200 new homes, shops, restaurants, parks and a school. The site represents one of central London’s’ largest privately owned development sites extending to 23 acres and is recognized as being of major importance on a local, national and international level.
Glazing composition is simple but fictional: triple glazing units consist of both outer and inner panes laminated, with Low E coating. As a result – outstanding façade flatness, high energy saving and noise reduction levels that all together provides comfort inside the living space. And what is also important for residential areas – safety for its occupants.
