Our scope of works includes shaped double glazed units for doors, assembled manually because of big steps on four sides. DGUs have extremely complex build up: outer pane is heat strengthened and laminated, low iron with digitally printed pattern and HSSN 62/34 coating; inner pane is low-iron, laminated fully tempered with heat soak test, also contains digitally printed pattern. All panes are laminated with Saflex DG 41 interlayer.
