The new building of 70 St. Stephen's Green is five floors over ground floor with a two-storey basement below. Today's working environment requires to create high quality contemporary office building fitting into the architectural view of the city. Triple glazed units made of Low-iron panes in combination with SunGuard 70/37 coating and filled with silicone fit this idea perfectly.
