26-27 Grafton Street is a high-end retail store in Dublin’s well known retail street. The project is refurbishment of the existing retail/office building - formerly known as Creation House - at 26/27 Grafton Street and corner of Lemon Street. The proposed facade comprises frameless clear glass shop fronts to Grafton Street and Lemon Street at ground and first floor levels with the upper floors clad in a flush jointed clear glazed curtain wall system. The facade pattern is formed with anodised bronze finish vertical metal profiles and powder coated horizontal elements.
GLASSBEL supplied double glazed clear and spandrel units with dimensions up to 2.3x2.5 m for structural faсade system with inserted U-profiles. All units are stepped.
