Project description

The redevelopment of Burlington House located on Burlington Road within Dublin’s commercial core among world famous companies’ offices. New five-storeys building over two levels of basement and parking area will provide about 16 000 sqm. of Grade A office space and will be the largest office center in Dublin.

External appearance was inspired by global architecture experience and looks vibrant and impressive. Glass is the main curtain walling material: fully glazed façade consists of double glazed units of impressive dimensions, up to 2.9*3.4 m. White pattern provides additional solar control properties as well as pleasant hazy shade of glass. Thermal performances are achieved by using of super neutral HSSN 70/37 Guardian coating.

External Brise Soleil (glass fins) are also printed in white pattern. They are made from fully tempered and heat soak tested 2х6 mm low-iron glasses laminated with Sentry Glass film. This advanced material is 100 times stiffer and 5 times tougher than standard PVB foil. Extremely high UV-resistance as well as hydrophobic properties makes this solution ideal for outdoor use, even in the open glass edge.
